Position Overview
As a Staff Pharmacist, you will deliver pharmaceutical care by accurately dispensing prescriptions, counseling patients on healthcare and medication needs, and administering immunizations. You will ensure compliance with regulations and model excellent customer service to pharmacy staff.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, with active pharmacy license
- Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program
- Proficiency in pharmaceutical care and best practices
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Adaptability to diverse patient needs and concerns
- Commitment to regulatory compliance (HIPAA/PHI)
- Enthusiasm for community engagement
