As a Staff Nurse (Inpatient Ward), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Assist with day-to-day ward rounds and support the nursing team in patient care.
- Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and overall condition.
- Assess patients’ health conditions, needs and care requirements.
- Implement and follow established nursing care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patients’ medical records and documentation.
- Assist patients with their daily activities and personal care needs.
- Provide appropriate information and support to patients and their family members to help them understand treatment plans and care procedures.
- Ensure compliance with nursing procedures, standards and policies.
Requirement:
- Possess at least a Diploma in Nursing with a valid registration with Singapore Nursing Board.
