As a Staff Nurse (AU - Anaesthesia Unit), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Provide professional nursing care by advocating for the patients
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care in order to achieve optimum patient outcome.
- Ensure all instruments are sterilized and prepared for cases.
- Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anaesthetists, and operating room personnel to ensure efficient and safe surgical workflows.
- Provide patient and family education regarding surgical procedures, anaesthesia, post-operative care, and medication instructions.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with hospital policies and professional standards.
Requirements:
- At least a Diploma in Nursing with valid registration from Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
