1. Inbound

Admin
- Melakukan pengecekan Purchase Order (PO) dari supplier.
- Memastikan dan memeriksa barang yang masuk ke dan keluar dari hub.

Helper
- Melakukan peletakan dan penataan barang/produk di lokasi penyimpanan.
- Memeriksa tanggal kedaluwarsa (expired date) produk.
2. Outbound
-
Picker
- Mengambil barang sesuai dengan PO (Purchase Order) yang telah ditentukan.

Packer
-
Mengemas barang dan melakukan pengecekan ulang untuk memastikan:
- Barang sudah sesuai dengan SO (Sales Order).
- Barang telah disesuaikan dengan rute pengiriman pada SO.

3. Inventory
- Memastikan barang sudah berada di lokasi yang sesuai.
- Melakukan pengecekan stok barang di sistem agar sesuai dengan kondisi fisik di lapangan.
- Melakukan dan memastikan hasil dari cycle count secara berkala.
