Supports professional development, quality improvement, survey readiness, and may assist with field supervision and direct patient care as needed. Education And CredentialsRN: minimum education requirement is an Associates in Nursing. Bachelor's degree preferred. Or Physical Therapist: minimum education requirement is a Bachelor's degree in PT. Master's degree is preferred. Experience 1 year of experience in Home Care experience within the past 6 months required. 2 years of experience in Teaching or Training preferred.
