Schedule
**-**Monday to Friday (Candidates must be within a 25mile radius).
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement group activities and games on a daily basis.
-Provide continuous supervision and interaction with elementary school students both indoors and outdoors. Actively monitors students at all times, and communicates promptly and effectively with team members.
-Demonstrates respect for children and families. Promote the concepts of responsibility, cooperation, and collaboration.
-Assist the site coordinator in providing all services and reports. Execute planned activities determined by the site coordinator.
-Provide assistance in homework supervision, distribution of snacks, and daily attendance.
-Attend staff meetings and professional development/ training sessions.
What we are looking for:
- Experienced & Caring: Experience in child care (preferably in a classroom setting) is preferred, but any experience like babysitting or tutoring is valuable.
- Management: Strong skills in behavior management and classroom management techniques.
- Communicative & Compassionate: Skilled at building strong relationships with students, parents, and staff, with a deep empathy for the challenges students face.
- Resourceful & Driven: Dedicated to helping students build resilience, develop emotional intelligence, and succeed academically.
- Bonus Skills: Experience in theatre, sports coaching, daycare, or similar activities that enhance engagement with children is a plus!
