Understanding on components like panes, layouts, views etc Understanding on QML optimisation Experience with version control (Git), Cmake, Unit Testing and CI/CD. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly and self-directed Able to actively participate in customer meetings. Should be able to lead the team technically. Should be able to participate in code review
