Sr. Specialist, Talent Management - TM

About This Role

This role supports the execution of talent management strategies, participates in talent development programs, and engages stakeholders for customized solutions. It helps to drive inclusion initiatives within talent management, assists with talent-related communication strategies, and manages talent management projects, contributing to strategic HR priorities and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the operational execution of talent management strategies and initiatives
• Assist in the delivery of talent development programs based on organizational needs and talent gaps
• Participate in the design and delivery of leadership development and high-potential programs
• Facilitate the adoption of talent management technology to improve processes and user experience
• Engage with stakeholders to deliver customized talent management solutions and interventions
• Support the execution of talent-related communication strategies to ensure clear messaging and engagement
• Assist with the management of talent management projects, ensuring alignment with strategic HR priorities
• Facilitate the nomination and selection process for internal and external talent development programs
• Consistently exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
• Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
• Work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
