About the role
Robert Half HR Solutions is sourcing for a part time hybrid contract experienced Senior Recruiter to support hiring efforts for a growing organization based in Dunwoody Georgia. This long-term contract opportunity is primarily remote with hybrid access to the office and will suit someone who is comfortable managing searches independently. The role requires strong judgment, effective communication, and the ability to partner closely with stakeholders while leading full-cycle recruitment across multiple openings. Candidates with experience in SaaS environments and familiarity with HR processes will be especially well positioned for success. This role is going to be 30-40 hours weekly, depending on the business needs. This will be several months in duration with the possibility of extension.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate strong proficiency utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter (RPS ). Candidates who have utilized Paylocity will be given first consideration. Additionally, recruiting candidates who have dual experience with additional HR functions should highlight that knowledge in their application.
Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end recruiting activity for roughly 10 open positions, from intake discussions through offer stage and handoff.
• Build and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels to identify, engage, and attract talent with relevant experience.
• Partner with hiring leaders to define role expectations, align on candidate profiles, and provide market-informed hiring guidance.
• Manage candidate movement within the applicant tracking system and maintain accurate, up-to-date recruiting records.
• Screen applicants, conduct initial assessments, and present strong candidates with clear hiring recommendations.
• Drive a smooth interview process by coordinating schedules, communicating next steps, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the search.
• Operate with a high degree of independence while balancing priorities, timelines, and requisition demands in a mostly remote setting.
• Contribute HR-related insight when needed, particularly in areas where recruiting activity intersects with broader people processes.
• 7+ years of recruiting experience, including corporate and full-cycle recruitment responsibility.
• Demonstrated success hiring for a variety of roles, with exposure to engineering recruitment strongly valued.
• Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and confidence using it as a primary sourcing tool.
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems and maintaining organized recruitment workflows.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate effectively with hiring managers, candidates, and internal partners.
• Ability to work autonomously and deliver results with limited day-to-day oversight.
• Prior experience in the SaaS industry is strongly preferred; exposure to the automotive sector is a plus.
• HR background or familiarity with HR operations is preferred.
