Sr. Project Coordinator (Architectural Designer)

About This Role

This role is for a Senior Project Coordinator who will work as an Architectural Designer, focusing on in-house designs, feasibility studies, and project plan implementation across the entire Daiichi Properties Group. The position involves a range of tasks from conceptual design and 3D visualizations to site visits and coordination with project teams and external suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and prepare feasibility studies, 3D visualizations, conceptual designs, and construction drawings
• Handle the documentation process from design to post-construction
• Coordinate the implementation of project activities and assist in inspecting materials and contractor workmanship to ensure design compliance and quality execution
• Coordinate with the project team, contractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with the project schedule
• Perform quality inspections, punch listing, and other duties as assigned
• Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate supervisor

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Architecture program
• Must possess a Professional Architect License (passed the Architect Licensure Examination)
• With 4 to 5 years of experience in design and site work
• Must be knowledgeable in design, construction and project management
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and Enscape
• Must possess strong management skills, result-oriented and have excellent verbal and written communication skills
