Sr Program Manager, AI & Data, Global Corporate Communications

About This Role

This Senior Program Manager role leads the data and AI systems that Amazon's Global Corporate Communications (GCC) teams rely on. You will build the shared foundation beneath GCC's work, making its data usable by AI, delivering AI systems on top of it, and connecting work across GCC and its partners. The role suits someone who likes to work independently, dig into complex problems, and see their work make a difference across a team.

Responsibilities

• Connect data sources and structure them so AI can retrieve and reason over the content
• Design tools on top of structured data
• Ensure data is structured, accessible, and fits together for optimal use
• Reduce dependencies and manual steps in workflows
• Clear away rote, repetitive work for team members
• Get to know how GCC operates and identify areas for improvement
• Build solutions to support team efficiency and ownership

Requirements

• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• Experience in complex problem solving and working in a tight schedule environment

Nice to have:

• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
• Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
• Knowledge of general AI tools
• Experience designing, implementing, and scaling upskilling, apprenticeship, or workforce development programs across large-scale operations or corporate environments, including forecasting workforce needs and leveraging analytics to drive program decisions
