Sr. Marketing Communications Manager, DSP Experience, Americas DSP Marketing Communications

About This Role

This Senior Marketing Communication Manager role supports Amazon's mission to build a safe, efficient, and sustainable delivery network by helping Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) build quality businesses and retain engaged drivers. The position focuses on communicating Amazon's investments in the DSP and Delivery Associate (DA) experience, translating technical and operational information into user-friendly resources. It also involves shaping emerging Marketing Communications initiatives to attract and engage DSP candidates throughout their lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop a multi-channel strategy, including written communications and executive messaging
• Translate complex messaging into simple and easy-to-understand content to help launch new programs and products
• Identify emerging topics and develop proactive plans with stakeholders
• Drive creative campaigns to both solve business needs and instill passion among the DSP community
• Partner with stakeholders to ingest customer listening data and use it to inform a communication strategy
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communications and other engagement tactics
• Partner with agencies and internal creative teams to develop compelling content and partner engagement strategies – both for acquisition and ongoing lifecycle purposes
• Develop team culture and employee engagement opportunities aligned to a broader org strategy

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
• Experience communicating results to senior leadership

Nice to have:

• Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
• Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
• Experience executing scaled marketing campaigns through email or social media
• Experience with test and learn, marketing optimization, and experimentation
