About the role

Key responsibilities: The position involves managing site engineering activities, initiating projects to improve operational capabilities, leading material localization efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams for engineering support, guiding project teams in NPI and product transfers, and driving yield improvements and cost reductions.
Qualifications and skills: Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering or science, have at least 15 years of manufacturing engineering experience including 5 years in team management within a multinational manufacturing environment, and possess expertise in NPI design transfer, project management, Lean Six Sigma, regulatory standards, and strong communication and leadership abilities.
