- Knowledge DFMEA/DVP
- Thorough domain knowledge & In depth analysis capability
- Thourogh Knowledge PLM - Team Center TCE & TCUA
- Excellent communications & Presentation skills
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good team member.
- Understanding and analysis of customer feedback and providing design solutions
- participate in CFT related to organizational requirements towards continual improvement (cost reduction, quality improvement etc.)
- Should have good knowledge of Product design, Plastic & soft trims in Interiors
- Feasibility study, Process & technology benchmarking
- Proficient in TCE and TC
