Position Introduction:

We are seeking a Senior Education Program Coordinator to serve as a key partner in the successful management and accreditation of our Pediatric Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) graduate medical education (GME) program. This role provides advanced administrative leadership and operational support to residency program directors, faculty, residents, and institutional stakeholders, ensuring compliance with Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) requirements and institutional policies.

The Senior Education Program Coordinator plays a critical role in overseeing daily program operations, coordinating resident recruitment and onboarding activities, managing accreditation processes, supporting educational initiatives, and fostering a positive learning environment for trainees.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced academic healthcare setting. Through exceptional administrative leadership and a commitment to educational excellence, the Senior Education Program Coordinator will help foster a positive learning environment and support the success of the next generation of pediatric healthcare professionals.

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Education, Health, or related field.
  • 1 year of administrative or program coordination experience.

Equivalency/Substitution: Experience or a combination of education & related experience can be considered in lieu of degree. A one-to-one ratio is used to determine the number of years of experience required in place of a degree.
