About the role
As a key member of the leadership team that oversees the center operations for all Fox Chase Cancer Center locations, this individual contributes to efforts focused on operational efficiency, patient experience and access, regulatory compliance and strategic planning across clinical operations. Will implement and coordinate budget responsibilities for critical center operations departments including Facilities Maintenance, Environmental Services, Materials Management, Security, Retail, Motor Vehicles, and Volunteer Services. Works collaboratively in a highly matrixed environment, engaging with cross functional FCCC/TUHS leadership teams to implement and oversee strategic initiatives.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in a related field Required
Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration, or related field Required
Experience 7 years leadership experience in clinical/hospital/health care operations Required
5 Years Experience In Cancer Center Operations Preferred Licenses
