About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Data Analyst 4A to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.
This role will focus on turning training operations data into clear insights that support better decision-making and improved program performance. The analyst will build dashboards, connect data sources, and help teams understand trends that affect training delivery and customer experience. The position will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen reporting, elevate data quality, and support strategic planning.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain engaging Power BI dashboards for training operations insights.
- Integrate diverse data sources into analytics platforms for a unified view of training data.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and assess training program effectiveness.
- Monitor performance trends and suggest improvements for training delivery.
- Provide data-driven support for strategic planning within the training department.
- Collaborate across teams to gather requirements and present analytical findings.
- Identify opportunities to enhance data quality and analytical processes.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a qualifying bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Strong proficiency in designing and publishing interactive Power BI dashboards.
- Demonstrated ability in creating clear and effective data visualizations.
- Understanding of database concepts with experience in SQL querying.
- Familiarity with data integration from sources like Spotfire and Smartsheet.
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis concepts and applications.
- Proven analytical skills for interpreting complex data and providing actionable insights.
