About the role
Job Description The Creative Specialist II develops, designs and executes high-quality, on-brand visual content across digital, print and social media platforms. This role produces graphics, videos, and layouts, ensuring brand consistency while managing multiple projects simultaneously. This role requires expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, strong collaboration skills, and an ability to translate marketing concepts into engaging visuals.
This role is based in Bucharest and reports to the Creative Manager.
Responsibilities Key Responsibilities
- Produce diverse visual content including print, social media graphics, videos, infographics, and presentations.
- Ensure all assets align with brand guidelines and uphold high-quality standards.
- Manage multiple projects from concept to completion within tight deadlines.
- Work with marketing teams and stakeholders to ensure design solutions meet business objectives.
- Enhance web page layouts and digital content for better user engagement and usability.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design, incorporating new techniques and technologies into your work.
Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5+ years in creative roles, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital-first design and integrated campaigns.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with design tools like Figma.
- Strong artistic, technical, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to stay ahead of, and implement, new design trends, techniques, and AI-enabled tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, related field or equivalent professional experience.
