About the role
- Lead production operations and workforce management for automotive component mass production lines.
- Lead the production team to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Productivity KPI targets.
- Drive continuous improvement activities focused on productivity enhancement, cost reduction, workplace improvement, and operational excellence.
- Lead activities to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Productivity KPI targets.
- Establish production plans and manpower allocation plans and manage performance against targets.
- Make initial assessments of quality, equipment, and material issues, collaborate with related departments, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Clarify the roles and responsibilities of supervisors, line leaders, and operators while maintaining effective shop floor communication and training systems.
- Lead standardized work compliance, operator training, multi-skilling programs, and continuous improvement activities.
