Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with a strong background in Advanced SQL, Power BI dashboard development, and cloud technologies, specifically Amazon Redshift. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading technical projects, mentoring team members, and delivering high-quality data solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of data architecture and analytics, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of data solutions using Advanced SQL and Amazon Redshift. Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices for SQL development and data visualization. Ensure data integrity and security across all data solutions. Conduct performance tuning and optimization of SQL queries and database structures. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to data analytics and cloud computing.
Mandatory Skills:
- Advanced SQL knowledge is a deal breaker.
- Experience with Amazon Redshift and cloud-based data solutions. Proficiency in developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with ETL processes and tools. Familiarity with other cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices. Experience in Agile methodologies.
