Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 主要职责
Plan and carry out supplier audits and make sure the suppliers possess the competence that can fulfill the Company’s standards and requirement.

Set up quality target of supplier and monitor supplier quality conditions.

Collecting data and compiling supplier scorecards; Presenting it to suppliers and driving suppliers to make improvements.

Handle the escalation of supplier quality problem and push suppliers’ continuous improvement.
供应商质量问题的升级处理和供应商的持续改进。
Maintain AVL and validate the AVL list matches the approved suppliers.
维护合格供应商清单并确保其与实际批准供应商一致。
Provide support and assistant in supplier qualification and quality related issue to sourcing engineer and buyer.
在供应商认证和相关质量问题上给予开发采购工程师以及采购支持。
Required Competencies and Characteristics: 能力和特征需求

Bilingual– English and Mandarin Chinese.双语--英语和普通话
Bachelor’s degree in engineering and/or an equivalent combination of training, certification(s) and experience. 工程学士学位或获得相关培训、证书和经验。
5+ years related experience in SQE.五年供应商质量工程师相关工作经验。
Experience in mechanical manufacturing is preferred. 有机械加工领域工作经验优先。
Must have working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO/TS16949, and ISO 14001 practices and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Failure Mode, and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)
