Job Description
- Identify key operational gaps / improvement opportunities for SPX Xpress' First Mile and SPX DOP delivery operations (eg. productivity, average delivery times)
- Design and project manage initiatives to be implemented across all First Mile Hubs and SPX DOPs in Malaysia
- Analyse data and results, identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop dashboards and tools as required
- Prepare proposals and reports for presentation to senior management
Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field (eg. Business, Engineering, Supply Chain)
- Strong analytical mindset and be comfortable working with data
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, attentive to details and adaptable to changes
- Advantage if willing to travel to hubs within Malaysia
