Sports Marketing Specialist

About This Role

This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships within the football industry, ensuring the successful execution of partnerships, and identifying new collaboration opportunities. It suits a proactive individual with a deep understanding of the football ecosystem and a passion for sports.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with Brand Ambassadors, football clubs, communities, and sports partners
• Follow up on ongoing partnerships and ensure all agreed deliverables are properly executed
• Coordinate activities involving Brand Ambassadors, clubs, communities, sponsorships, events, and brand activations
• Develop activation ideas to maximize the impact of each partnership
• Act as the key point of contact for day-to-day coordination with partners
• Identify potential collaborations and new opportunities within the sports ecosystem
• Coordinate closely with internal Marketing, Creative, Digital, and related teams

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sports Marketing, Partnership, Sponsorship, Brand Activation, or related fields
• Strong understanding of the Indonesian football ecosystem
• Experienced in dealing with athletes/Brand Ambassadors, football clubs, communities, and sports stakeholders
• Having an established network within the football industry is a strong advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, relationship management, and follow-up skills
• Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working both in the office and in the field
• Passionate about sports, especially football
