About This Role
This internship with ATJ Sports is for motivated individuals interested in sports, branding, marketing, and media. It offers hands-on experience in sports marketing, athlete branding, content creation, and business operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist with administrative and organizational tasks
- Support athlete communication and relationship management
- Help organize athlete/program materials and systems
- Assist with outreach, partnerships, and lead generation
- Support ongoing marketing campaigns and business projects
- Help coordinate events, workshops, and athlete experiences
- Conduct research on opportunities, partnerships, and industry trends
- Assist with day-to-day business operations
- Assist in managing and growing ATJ Sports social media platforms
- Film and edit short-form and long-form content
- Create sports, branding, NIL, and athlete-focused content
- Capture athlete/program content during events, workshops, and sessions
- Assist with content planning and posting
- Support marketing campaigns through digital content
- Help increase brand awareness and audience engagement
- Brainstorm creative content ideas and trends
Requirements
- Interest in sports business, sports marketing, athlete branding, or management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Self-starter with attention to detail
- Comfortable networking and relationship building
- Willingness to learn and grow in a startup environment
- Interest in sports, branding, marketing, media, or content creation
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and content trends
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for storytelling and athlete development
Nice to have:
- Basic filming/editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Adobe, Final Cut, etc.)
