Sports Marketing & Events Officer

About This Role

Supporting the organization and promotion of club activities is central to this role. The Sports Marketing & Events Officer handles member inquiries, assists with event preparation and operations, and designs promotional materials for both club activities and the Food and Beverage Department. This position suits an organized and responsible individual with a good visual sense, who is able to work independently and manage multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Support the organization and promotion of Club activities
• Handle members’ inquiries and activity communications
• Assist with event preparation, venue setup, participant registration and on-site operations
• Design promotional materials for Club activities
• Create promotional materials and menus for the Food and Beverage Department
• Prepare and publish content on the Club’s social media platforms
• Undertake other duties and special projects assigned by the Sports and Leisure Assistant Manager

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Sports and Recreation Management, Event Management, Marketing or a related discipline
• Good visual sense and experience in creating social media content
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, with fluency in Cantonese
• Organized, responsible and able to work independently while handling multiple assignments
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays when required
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Nice to have:

• Relevant experience in event coordination, sports administration, marketing or design
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
