Responsibilities

• Manage sports facilities and amenities to ensure they are always ready for service
• Plan and manage facility usage schedules, activities, and sports competitions efficiently
• Oversee safety, cleanliness, and service quality standards for customers, members, and guests
• Coordinate with relevant internal and external departments to ensure smooth operations
• Control and manage the sports operations team, including coaches, facility staff, and service personnel
• Oversee the maintenance of sports fields, equipment, and various facilities to keep them in ready-to-use condition
• Prepare budgets, control expenses, and report operational results to management
• Develop new service approaches and activities to enhance customer experience and generate additional revenue for the organization
• Support the organization of special events, sports competitions, events, and health promotion programs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Sport Management, Sports and Wellness Management, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in managing sports facilities, sports clubs, sports complexes, resorts, or sports establishments, with the ability to work and supervise operations in provincial areas
• Experience in team management and operational management
• Knowledge of sports facility management, sports equipment maintenance, and safety standards
• Skills in planning, budget management, and performance analysis
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to communicate in English will be given special consideration
