About This Role
This role involves the equipment management and operational support for a group of prefectural sports facilities, primarily the Kamoike Sports Park. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of various facilities, including athletic stadiums and baseball fields, by managing their equipment and supporting users.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, manage, and monitor the operational status of electrical, air conditioning, water supply/drainage, large-scale video, audio equipment, and various fixtures
- Coordinate inspection and repair schedules with operating companies and specialized contractors, and oversee construction and maintenance work
- Provide equipment usage support to event organizers and facility users
- Handle initial responses to malfunctions and perform minor repairs
Requirements
- Ordinary driving license (AT limited allowed)

Important Details
- Schedule: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week, adjusted according to monthly work shifts for events
- Overtime: approximately 10 hours per month
- Special conditions for overtime: assistance with event operations, temporary orders, specification changes, seasonal specifications, etc.
- Break time: 60 minutes
- Annual holidays: 91 days
- Days off: determined by monthly work shifts for events
- Paid annual leave: 10 days after 6 months of employment
- Contract: permanent
- Probation period: 3 months
- Age limit: up to 59 years old (due to mandatory retirement age)
- Transfer: possible within various contract locations in the city
