Speech Pathologist Role Overview
Evaluating, assessing, and developing personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language needs.
Modifying therapy approaches as necessary, tracking patient progress, and documenting responses to treatment.
Providing support to help patients overcome communication challenges and celebrating their victories along the way.
Qualifications
Current state licensure or certification, successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC), and CPR certification (or within 30 days of hire).
Preferred Master’s degree; Bachelor’s with relevant field experience acceptable.

Strong assessment and communication skills, ability to work collaboratively, compassionate approach, and commitment to patient-centered care.
