Responsibilities: Develops and oversees comprehensive rehabilitation plans, supports patient independence, collaborates with healthcare professionals, aligns treatments with discharge goals, advocates for patients, and performs additional duties to enhance patient outcomes.
Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech and Language Pathology, certification or eligibility for Clinical Competence, with 1-3 years of experience or Clinical Fellowship eligibility.
Skills & Qualities: Strong understanding of growth and development principles, interdisciplinary collaboration, patient advocacy, and commitment to personalized, culturally sensitive care.
