About the role
We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-home speech therapy services to patients with speech, language, or swallowing disorders. Responsibilities Include
- Assessing and documenting patient progress, care needs, interventions, and outcomes.
- Identifying changes and trends in physical and emotional parameters.
- Reviewing and modifying treatment plans; developing new programs as needed.
- Maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with legal and organizational policies.
- Instructing patients on monitoring speech and practicing new skills.
- Performing additional related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree or foreign equivalent in Speech-Language Pathology.
- State licensure as a Speech Pathologist.
- CPR/BLS certification from an approved vendor.
- Valid Driver's License; minimum age of 21.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (preferred).
