Responsibilities Speech Pathologist Role Overview
- Evaluate, assess, and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language challenges.
- Implement and modify therapy approaches based on patient needs.
- Monitor, document, and track patient progress and responses to treatment.
- Support and celebrate patient achievements throughout therapy.
Qualifications
- Current state licensure or certification as required.
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.
- Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s with relevant experience.
