About the role

Overview

8:00AM - 4:30PM.

This position is 32 hours per week.

The DH benefit's package starts the first day of employment.

Evaluates and participates in diagnostic testing and treats patients.

Responsibilities

  • Based on medical referral, medical record, and examination evaluates, sets goals, plans, and executes treatment. Provides discharge recommendations, exercise programs, and family teaching.
  • Determines the need to refer patients to other diagnostic, medical, and therapeutic services.
  • Participates in and supports departmental programs such as in-service education, student programs, volunteer/observation programs, committees, etc.
  • Provides documentation and record keeping. Coordinates scheduling of patients and meetings.
  • Performs other duties as required or assigned.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech Pathology.

Required Licensure/Certifications

  • New Hampshire Speech Language Pathologist licensure required; active Provisional or full license accepted.
  • Currrent BLS Certification Required
