Summary:
This position is accountable for the evaluation and treatment of communication and swallowing disorders of inpatients and outpatients as prescribed by a physician or as referrals from normal sources in accordance with approved policies, procedures and schedules.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master degree, institution of higher education
- CCC certified or CFY certified
- Must be licensed in PA or eligible
- Maintain standards as set forth by ASHA
