Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Active or eligible state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Experience with pediatric or school-aged populations considered an asset
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
- Capable of working both independently and cooperatively within a team setting
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Provide direct therapy sessions focusing on speech and language objectives
- Thoroughly document progress and maintain accurate, timely records
- Work closely with educators, support staff, and families for coordinated student care
- Foster family engagement in the therapy process, offering guidance and support throughout
