What You'll Bring
- Active Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license for California
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Strong understanding of school-based therapy models and IEP process
- Ability to evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for diverse student populations
- Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
- Collaborative spirit and commitment to partnering with educators and families
Responsibilities Include
- Providing comprehensive speech and language services for students in individual and group settings
- Conducting assessments to determine students’ needs and tracking progress towards goals
- Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families to tailor interventions and support
- Developing and maintaining accurate records, including IEP documentation and progress notes
- Participating in team meetings and ongoing professional development
- Advocating for student access to supportive resources and inclusive learning environments
