About the role
Your Job Molex is seeking a Warehouse Systems, SOP & Production Order Specialist to serve as our operational system and process champion. This role bridges production scheduling and warehouse execution by creating and releasing SAP production work orders, acting as the warehouse SAP Key User, authoring Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and driving continuous improvement projects.
Scope & Key Responsibilities:

Production Order Management (生管工單開立):

Convert and release SAP production work orders based on the master production schedule from Production Planning (生管).

Perform SAP material availability checks (Kitting checks) prior to order release; proactively escalate shortage risks to Planning and Procurement.

Print and issue the Routing ticket to production.

SAP Key User Support: Troubleshoot daily SAP transaction errors across warehouse modules, oversee user authorization, liaise with IT/Global teams.

SOP Authoring & Compliance: Formulate, standardize, and maintain warehouse SOPs (especially requisition rules, receiving, outbound, and inventory auditing) in alignment with Koch/Molex global guidelines.

Continuous Improvement Projects: Lead or support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), digital tracking tools, or warehouse automation rollouts.
What You Will Do
- Maintain flawless and timely release of production work orders to minimize line downtime.
- Standardize shop-floor warehouse processes into executable, auditable SOP documentation.
- Serve as the go-to technical resource for warehouse SAP system issues.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of advanced SAP experience (PP/MM/WM modules).
- Proven experience in authoring operational SOPs and designing workflow diagrams.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and cross-functional communication abilities.
