Specialist, Talent Management

About This Role

The Talent Management Specialist supports the execution and continuous improvement of enterprise learning operations for a business segment. This role administers learning systems and processes, consults with the business, performs reporting and analytics, partners on audits, and contributes to content development and review. It plays an important role in enabling effective learning delivery and operational excellence in support of business and talent priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve learning operations, executing training governance, audit support, learning system administration, and related operational priorities
• Administer and optimize learning management system activities, including course deployment, completion tracking, transcript management, certification monitoring, issue resolution, and system support
• Collaborate with HR, Talent Management, business leaders, vendors, and subject matter experts to deliver learning programs and ensure operational alignment with business and compliance objectives
• Analyze existing learning operations processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions that increase efficiency, consistency, compliance, and service quality
• Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of learning data and records across systems, taking appropriate action to investigate issues and resolve discrepancies
• Produce, analyze, and communicate recurring and ad hoc reports and metrics to support decision-making related to learning participation, compliance, effectiveness, and operational performance
• Support internal and external audits by coordinating documentation, validating training records, interpreting requirements, and helping ensure organizational readiness
• Recommend and support enhancements to learning technologies, including participation in testing, validation, implementation, and ongoing process refinement
• Establish and maintain procedures, job aids, and documentation that enable standardized delivery and continuous improvement of learning operations
• Resolve learner and stakeholder issues, balancing service, compliance, and business needs while escalating matters as appropriate

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience
• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience

Nice to have:

• Learning Management System administration experience, SuccessFactors Learning preferred
• Strong project coordination skills with experience managing multiple priorities
• Experience creating online learning content; familiarity with Articulate, Synthesia, or similar authoring tools preferred
• Strong analytical skills with ability to work with reporting tools and interpret training data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build strong working relationships
• High attention to detail and strong follow-through
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams

Important Details

• Schedule: 9/80 (employees work 9 out of every 14 days, totaling 80 hours worked, and have every other Friday off)
