Job Summary
You will lead end-to-end recruitment across SEA/APAC for the Data Centre industry, managing high-volume hiring projects and building strong partnerships with stakeholders to support strategic and operational business needs.
Responsibilities
Lead recruitment operations across multiple SEA/APAC countries to meet business hiring demands in the Data Centre industry
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand and fulfill recruitment needs effectively
Manage high-volume and bulk hiring projects within BPO or project-based environments, ensuring timely delivery under tight deadlines
Independently drive end-to-end recruitment processes with minimal supervision, ensuring quality candidate selection
Apply strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills to align recruitment strategies with business objectives
Communicate clearly and organize recruitment activities to prioritize tasks and meet fast-paced operational requirements
Demonstrate resilience and maintain performance under pressure in a dynamic work environment
The ideal candidate should be able to quickly establish strong relationships with hiring managers, manage end-to-end recruitment independently, and support both strategic and operational hiring initiatives across the region.
