- About the Opportunity:
The Specialist, Sourcing – IT & Indirect is responsible for managing the entire sourcing lifecycle for IT and Indirect categories, including software, hardware, telecom, professional services, and marketing. This role ensures competitive sourcing processes, negotiates supplier agreements, and drives value through cost optimization, risk mitigation, and supplier performance management, contributing to the organization’s operational efficiency.
- Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain category strategies aligned with business needs and budgets.
• Identify opportunities for consolidation and cost savings across business units.
• Design and execute RFIs, RFPs, RFQs including evaluation and award recommendations.
• Utilize e-sourcing tools to maintain transparency and fairness.
• Negotiate commercial terms, service levels, and contract clauses.
• Collaborate with Legal to draft and review contracts ensuring policy compliance.
• Engage with stakeholders to validate requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Lead supplier onboarding and performance management.
• Track and report savings and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
• Assess and mitigate supplier risks including cybersecurity and sustainability.
• Maintain data analytics and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Contribute to continuous process improvements aligned with finance transformation.
- Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 3–6 years of procurement/sourcing experience focused on IT and/or Indirect categories.
• Experience with strategic sourcing, RFx processes, and contract negotiations.
• Knowledge of software licensing, SaaS, cloud services, and hardware procurement.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and cost modeling.
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Detail-oriented with compliance and audit readiness.
• Preferred certifications: CIPS, CPSM, ITIL, or cloud vendor foundational certifications.
- Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Base salary range: $104,600 - $141,500 (for US-based roles).
• Eligibility for annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
• Monthly stipend for remote work expenses.
