In this position, you act as a key connector behind the scenes, ensuring that our sales and service operations run smoothly and efficiently. Join our subsidiary in Brazil as Specialist Sales & Service Support (f/m/d).
Your Challenges
- Support our sales and service organization in day-to-day business as a key back-office partner
- Handle quotation requests, obtain pricing, and support tender and bidding processes
- Monitor ongoing tenders and ensure deadlines and requirements are met
- Support contract management activities (e.g. validity tracking, documentation, obligation monitoring)
- Coordinate service activities, schedules, and provide administrative support for customer projects
- Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and internal coordination
- Ensure accuracy and maintenance of master data and administrative documentation
- Support reporting activities as well as organizational topics (e.g. events, trainings)
Your Profile
- Commercial apprenticeship or degree in business administration or a comparable field
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a sales or service environment
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems as well as MS Office
- Structured and independent way of working with strong organizational skills
- High customer orientation and a strong service mindset
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions
- Team-oriented with a good understanding of operational processes
