Job Description

• Handle error reports from vendors concerning eligibility issues.
• Administer COBRA and flexible spending account (FSA) plans.
• Oversee the online enrollment process.
• Process events in PeopleSoft.
• Conduct benefit audits to ensure accurate employee enrollment.
• Engage in cyclical benefit programs, including:
  • Open enrollment processes
  • Entering elections into the system
  • Affordable Care Act (ACA) administration and compliance
• Assist with resolving employee benefit-related inquiries.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelors - Commerce, Bachelors - Economics, Bachelors - Finance, Masters - Business Administration, Masters - Business Analytics

Certifications

• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) - Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP)
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - Perfekt Szolnok
