About the role
Responsibilities
The Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by engaging with partners, resellers, and distributors to demonstrate the value and benefits of our client’s products and services. This position requires effectively articulating product value propositions, supporting partner sales efforts, and building strong relationships to maximize channel performance and long-term business growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners, resellers, distributors, and strategic alliances.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners.
- Conduct regular business reviews to align goals, performance, and action plans.
- Create joint business plans with partners to drive pipelines, revenue, and market expansion.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and co-selling with partners.
- Monitor partner performance against agreed KPIs and take corrective actions where required.
- Execute MQL lead as assigned to respective countries.
- Drive partner-led sales motions and support partners through the entire sales cycle.
- Collaborate with internal sales teams to co-sell into key accounts.
- Forecast partner revenue accurately and track ongoing deal progress.
- Equip partners with product, technical, and sales knowledge needed to be successful.
- Coordinate training programs, workshops, and certifications.
- Ensure partners understand product updates, competitive positioning, and value propositions.
- Work with partners to develop and execute co-marketing campaigns.
- Promote partner-led events, webinars, and demand-generation activities.
- Support partners in building strong market presence and brand alignment.
- Ensure partners adhere to company policies, programs, and compliance requirements.
- Manage partner onboarding processes to ensure smooth activation.
- Use CRM tools to track partner engagements, opportunities, and overall business health.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, operations, and support teams to deliver a seamless partner experience.
- Provide partner feedback to product and leadership teams for continuous improvement.
Required Skill
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Experience in channel sales, account management, or partnership roles.
- Understanding of B2B business ecosystem
- Ability to manage multiple partners and prioritize tasks.
- Data-driven mindset with strong reporting and forecasting skills.
- Comfortable presenting to stakeholders and driving business conversations.
