To provide technical support to the fabricator in use of CPQ software. Carry out weekly price updating and periodic software upgrades for the fabricators. Carryout data setup of systems in the window maker software. Carry out training for the fabricators with the use of Window Maker
- Job Context & Major Challenges:
Job Context Should have minimum 4 years of industry exp.
Deal with 10+ Fabricators daily
Resolve Fabricator queries related to software and provide relevant resolutions
Job Challenges Managing Multiple fabricators at once. Prompt resolution for the fabricators
- Key Result Areas/Accountabilities:
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities Supporting Actions Data set up in Window maker
Import data in all Fabricator set up (Pricing & updates in WM)
Training
Provide WM training to all retail fabricators
Doubts & Query Resolution
Resolving all doubts & Queries of fabricators related to WM software
WM Quotation & MTO
Prepare Quotation with MTO from WM
