What You Will Do

Teach Learners

  • Provide direct instruction to learners with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), one on one and in small groups.
  • Support learners inside their studios so they can take part in projects and group work with their peers.
  • Adapt lessons, materials, and tests so every learner can access the work.
  • Use proven teaching methods for reading, writing, and math.

  • Help keep records that meet state and federal special education rules.
  • Coach guides on simple supports they can use every day.

Partner With Families

  • Build trust with families through regular, open communication.
  • Share progress, answer questions, and help families support learning at home.
