About the role
Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic Spanish-speaking Inside Sales Representative to join our Inside Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for strategically identifying, prospecting, and closing new mid-market business opportunities across designated territories. Based in Barcelona, you will serve as a key growth engine by connecting organizations with our digital transformation and information management solutions. You will leverage your proactive "hunter" mindset to drive full-cycle sales and expand our market presence.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
- Drive Pipeline Generation: Proactively identify and "hunt" new mid-market business opportunities via cold calling, social selling, and targeted email campaigns.
- Manage Full Sales Cycles: Conduct high-level discovery calls, research key stakeholders, and lead consultative selling efforts from initial outreach through contract signature.
- Collaborate and Align: Work closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to align Iron Mountain’s digital and physical solutions with client needs.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
- Native or near-native fluency in Spanish, with professional English proficiency for internal collaboration.
- Proven experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or SaaS, with a strong track record in cold prospecting and full-cycle deal management.
- Strong knowledge of consultative selling methodologies and sales optimization tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Gong.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage key decision-makers and navigate high-stakes negotiations.
