About the role
Duration: 4 months with possible conversion into permanent Summary:
As a Space Planner, you will work with client teams for all non-project-related inquiries throughout the space planning process.
Responsibilities
- Receive and review all occupancy requests
- Engage with tactical business space reps to collect planning requirements
- Tactical scenario development
- Performs regular and ad-hoc auditing
- Assist senior planner in development of strategic plans as necessary
- Coordinate with MAC team for implementation of space plans
Technical Skills:
- Data Analytics
- Occupancy Planning
- Space Planning
- Test-fitting
- Project Coordination
- CAD/Revit
Must Have Skills:
- Occupancy planner would be ideal
- Move and change
- CAD experience
- Doing test fits and design type works
Education
- Degree would be preferred
Software skills:
- CAFM - Serraview, Archibus, FMS
- AutoCAD, MS Excel
