Job Description
Role Overview
As a Spa Therapist at our brand-new Palé Hall Spa & Gym, you will deliver exceptional, personalised treatments while ensuring guests experience the highest standards of comfort, relaxation, and wellbeing. You will embody our values of professionalism, warmth, and excellence, playing a key role in shaping the reputation of our new wellness offering.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a wide range of high-quality spa treatments including massages, facials, and body therapies.
- Deliver exceptional guest care, ensuring a calm, welcoming, and luxurious experience at all times.
- Maintain treatment rooms, therapy equipment, and spa areas to the highest hygiene and presentation standards.
- Advise guests on aftercare, treatment benefits, and suitable home-care products.
- Support spa reception and guest flow when required, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Assist with the opening and closing procedures for the spa and gym.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and support the management team with stock control.
Qualifications
Requirements
- Recognised Level 3 beauty or massage qualification (or equivalent).
- Previous experience in a luxury spa or wellness environment is preferred.
- Strong treatment skills with attention to detail and a genuine passion for holistic wellbeing.
- Excellent communication, guest-care, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, calm, and well-presented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining exceptional standards of hygiene and service.
