Spa Receptionist

About This Role

This role as a Spa Receptionist involves being the first and last point of contact for guests at a newly launched spa within a whimsical country house hotel. The position suits someone who enjoys creating a warm and friendly atmosphere for all spa visitors, from members to hotel guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome and friendly goodbye for spa guests, including members, hotel guests, or those visiting for a relaxing day
• Ensure guests are enjoying themselves, help with queries, assist therapists and attendants, and communicate with hotel colleagues to help each day run smoothly
• Handle administration tasks such as taking calls and emails, making bookings, sending confirmations on spa systems, and preparing information for new and current spa members
• Help oversee guest areas during busy times, ensuring the spa looks clean and tidy
• Offer a hospitable spirit, serving coffee or pouring champagne to members and guests

Important Details

• Schedule: full-time (37.5 hours per week) working 5 days a week, including weekends and bank holidays as part of a rota
