Responsibilities
- Provide precise information to guests promptly and with flair
- Handle guests' questions and concerns with professionalism and courtesy
- Offer bespoke guidance to guests regarding spa procedures
- Assist in gathering guest feedback on service quality to elevate standards
- Meticulously handle all check-in, check-out, and payment procedures in accordance with policies
- Open and close the spa punctually and efficiently
- Maintain comprehensive records of all guests
- Maintain a lavish reception area that is impeccably clean and welcoming
- Ensure a stunning front desk area that is clean, organised, and conducive to smooth movement
- Monitor and report maintenance needs promptly to ensure all spa operations are top-notch
- Actively promote award-winning spa services, including treatments, services, sessions, retail products, programmes, promotions, and discounts
- Take ownership of all assigned duties and tasks
- Maintain strong familiarity with and understanding of how to safely use and maintain spa equipment
- Execute tasks with a commitment to safety, exercising prudence and maintaining an organised work environment
Requirements
- Previous experience in the spa industry, demonstrating a strong commitment to luxury service standards
- Comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations, safety standards, and best practices in spa operations
- Remarkable time management and multi-tasking skills to deliver a 'FIVE-Star' experience for guests, even under pressure
- A hands-on attitude, fuelled by a 'Can-Do!' spirit
