Spa Receptionist

About This Role

This role is for a positive, organized, and guest-focused Spa Receptionist & Guest Coordinator to join the team at Hayati Scalp Spa. The ideal candidate enjoys connecting with people, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and helping the spa run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude
• Check guests in and out and ensure they have a great experience
• Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and assist with bookings
• Manage appointments, the booking calendar, and the team’s daily schedule
• Communicate with spa specialists to keep appointments organized and running on time
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting spa environment
• Complete opening and closing duties, including preparing the spa for guests
• Assist with daily operations and help ensure everything runs smoothly
• Maintain a positive attitude and create a relaxing, welcoming atmosphere for every guest

Requirements

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable having conversations with guests
• Highly organized and able to multitask in a busy environment
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible
• Positive, professional, and a strong team player
• Willing to help wherever needed and pick up shifts when available
• Comfortable learning booking systems and managing schedules
• Takes pride in cleanliness, presentation, and excellent customer service
• Willing and available to pick up additional shifts when needed
• Comfortable with both opening and closing the spa
